Simple Process
From First Call To Finished Install.
No mystery steps and no vague timelines. Here is every stage of working with us, what we need from you at each one, and how long it realistically takes.
The Process
Six Stages, Start to Finish
- 01
You reach out
Call, text, or send the quote form. Someone from our team confirms which market you are in, which service you are interested in, and finds a time for the on-site visit — usually within 48 hours.
- We will ask roughly how large the home or yard is so we send the right crew lead
- No qualification interrogation and no required budget disclosure
- Texting is genuinely fine if that is easier than a call
- 02
Free on-site estimate
We come to your home and measure. For lighting that means wheeling the roofline and noting peaks, dormers, and detached structures. For turf it means measuring the area, checking grade and drainage, and locating existing irrigation.
- You watch the measurement happen, so the price traces back to something real
- We show photos of comparable homes in your market, or physical turf samples in daylight
- You get an itemized written price before we leave, with options priced separately
- 03
Scheduling
Once you approve the price we lock an install date. In warm markets we install year-round. In snow markets we work through most of the winter but schedule around active storms for crew safety.
- If you want lights up for the holidays, book by early fall — autumn is our busiest stretch by a wide margin
- We confirm the day before with an arrival window
- Custom turf orders and putting green materials may add lead time, and we tell you up front
- 04
Install day
Someone should be home at the start so we can confirm layout, and at the end for the walkthrough. In between, you are free to go about your day.
- Lighting: channel mounted to the fascia, fixtures seated, wiring run and strain-relieved, controller mounted discreetly
- Turf: excavation and haul-off, compacted aggregate base, grading, then seaming, stretching, edging, and infill
- We protect landscaping, keep the site tidy as we go, and clean up fully before we leave
- 05
Walkthrough & handoff
For lighting we pair the app with your phone, build your first few scenes together, set the sunset schedule, and make sure you can run it without us. For turf we walk the perimeter, confirm drainage, and cover the little bit of upkeep it needs.
- We save presets for the holidays and occasions you actually care about
- Warranty is registered on the spot — you do not have to mail anything in
- You leave with our direct number, not a general support queue
- 06
After the install
We keep records of every system we install, including the fixture run, zone map, and controller configuration. If you call about a problem two years later, we are not rediscovering your house from scratch.
- Manufacturer warranty on fixtures and turf, with lifetime product warranty options on lighting
- Our workmanship is guaranteed separately from the product
- One number for service, warranty, add-ons, or help with the app
Install Day
How To Prepare
Very little is required of you. These four things make the day go smoothly.
Plan to be home at the start and end
Fifteen minutes at each end is all we need. The middle of the day is yours.
Leave driveway access clear
Crews need room for a truck and, on turf jobs, equipment and material.
Plan for pets
There will be noise, open gates, and people moving through the yard for several hours.
Note HOA requirements early
If your HOA needs written approval, tell us at the estimate and we will supply specs and photos.
