Pricing is based on the linear footage of your roofline, and a typical single-family home runs about 100 to 130 linear feet. Beyond footage, roofline complexity, the number of zones, and access all affect the number — and labor rates genuinely differ between our markets. Will my Las Vegas HOA allow permanent lighting?
Usually, yes. The channel mounts flush to the fascia and is color-matched to your trim, so it reads as architectural detail rather than a seasonal decoration — and many HOA rules restrict decorations by date while permitting permanent fixtures. We can provide product specifications and photos for your architectural review committee, and we recommend getting written approval first if your community requires it.
Is artificial turf available in Las Vegas?
Not yet. Artificial turf and putting greens are currently limited to the St. George, Utah area. We keep a waitlist by city — tell us you are interested and we will reach out when we expand to Las Vegas.
