Serving Salt Lake City

Permanent Lighting Built For Salt Lake City Homes

Climbing an icy ladder in December is the single best argument for permanent lighting along the Wasatch Front. We install once — in good weather — and you control everything from your phone through every storm after that. Coverage runs the valley from Bountiful south through Sandy, Draper, Herriman, and Lehi.

The Wasatch Front runs the full four-season gauntlet: heavy winter snow load, repeated freeze-thaw cycles that work fasteners loose, and hot dry summers over 100°F. Our fixtures are rated across that entire range, and the channel sheds snow instead of trapping it.

What you actually get is one system that works all year. Most Salt Lake City homeowners run a soft warm white most nights, which defines gables, dormers, and peaks the way permanent soffit lighting does — then switch to Jazz purple and yellow, crimson-or-blue rivalry weekends, and a full holiday calendar you never climb for.

Salt Lake City Questions

Asked Locally

How soon can you schedule in Salt Lake City?
Salt Lake City is one of our 11 permanent lighting markets, which is why we can usually schedule an on-site estimate within 48 hours and hold an install date once it is booked.
Will the fixtures hold up in Salt Lake City weather?
The Wasatch Front runs the full four-season gauntlet: heavy winter snow load, repeated freeze-thaw cycles that work fasteners loose, and hot dry summers over 100°F. Our fixtures are rated across that entire range, and the channel sheds snow instead of trapping it.
What areas around Salt Lake City do you cover?
We install throughout the Wasatch Front area, including Sandy, Draper, South Jordan, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Bountiful, Lehi, Herriman, Murray, Millcreek, Riverton, Daybreak, and Park City. If you are nearby but not on that list, call or text us — we almost certainly cover you.
How much does permanent lighting cost in Salt Lake City?
Pricing is based on the linear footage of your roofline, and a typical single-family home runs about 100 to 130 linear feet. Beyond footage, roofline complexity, the number of zones, and access all affect the number — and labor rates genuinely differ between our markets. We measure on site and give you an exact written price, free and with no deposit. Our pricing guide explains every factor in detail.
Will my Salt Lake City HOA allow permanent lighting?
Usually, yes. The channel mounts flush to the fascia and is color-matched to your trim, so it reads as architectural detail rather than a seasonal decoration — and many HOA rules restrict decorations by date while permitting permanent fixtures. We can provide product specifications and photos for your architectural review committee, and we recommend getting written approval first if your community requires it.
Is artificial turf available in Salt Lake City?
Not yet. Artificial turf and putting greens are currently limited to the St. George, Utah area. We keep a waitlist by city — tell us you are interested and we will reach out when we expand to Salt Lake City.
